The year was 2020, Easter was approaching, face masks seemed normal, 6 feet apart was mandatory, and to-go drinks were the only option. Kate and Wes crossed paths on Hinge, as many did when social distancing was the new "norm". Brave Wes, fueled by courage (and a few hot toddies) asked Kate " What did the Easter Bunny bring you?" Little did Kate know, that 'bunny' had delivered her a husband, one of the best, but also engraved a pickup line she'll never forget, even if she wanted to....

Our first date was at Wash Park in Denver, CO. We spent a Wednesday afternoon at Homegrown Tap and Dough, lounging in the park drinking Hot Toddies fighting off the cold, and finding our competitive side playing cards into the night.

Over the years, we've had a series of remarkable adventures, exploring from Hawaii to Georgia, Mexico, Colombia, Crested Butte, and many more! Travel is a passion we share and we know we have many more adventures ahead.

Our family expanded when we welcomed Bowman (BO) to the family! Lexa, who was less than pleased, eventually warmed up to her new brother. He’s our energetic companion, always motivating us to explore parks and go hiking

in 2023, we got engaged, purchased our first home together in Englewood, Colorado, and started new jobs! Now we’re eagerly building our home for our future. We are excited to celebrate with our friends and family! Can’t wait to see what lies ahead. Thank you all for being apart of our journey. Lets get MARRIED!
